Update: Murray lost 25 Kilos during his 2 month stay at Rawai Muay Thai camp. He trained 2 months and did the 4 day full fast at Atsumi Detox Center. He was 118 Kilos when he arrived in Thailand and weights today 93 Kilos. Well done Murry!
