Brettlyn has hopes of making the 2012 Australian Olympic boxing team. She wanted to give Thai boxing a go and will fight for Rawai in January 2010. She trains at 4510 Boxing gym back home.

These English boxers from KO Gym in London have come to train at Rawai Camp in preparation for the IFMA World Championships in Bangkok. Callan will be fighting there on November 27th. Their trainer, Bill Judd, pictured above, was among the first foreigners to come fight in Thailand.

Eric and Alisha crom from California, where they are police officers. They have come to Thailand to improve their fitness. They love fishing and are planning a fishing trip here in Phuket.

They find Rawai trainers and staff to be really friendly and patient and are already planning a return trip with their friends for next year. Both Belinda and Sian have been living in England for the past year. The love sports and have come to Rawai to work on their fitness. They spent a week at the Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai, before coming to Phuket. They said it was fantastic! |

These Singapore executives have come to Rawai for 2 weeks, to lose weight and to get away from their hectic lives for a bit. Chris has been to Rawai Camp before and this is Rob's first time. Rob has done traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu. They both are dragon boaters and have raced all over, including Phillippines, Hong Kong, Malaysia and China (3 Gorges). |

Roxanne and Sacha are in Phuket for one week, staying at the Mangosteen Hotel, near the camp. Roxanne is from Vancouver and Sacha is from Australia. They both train at KB-One gym under Mehdi Pouroskoui who had a fight in Bangkok wearing only handwraps (no gloves). Watch the video. |

| Sisters Sam, Maja and Dani, came to Rawai with their parents, Mike and Belinda, and their little brother Luca. They are enjoying a family vacation to Phuket for 4 weeks. They are training for one week at Rawai, and the rest of the time they will spend in the Laguna area in Bangtao, in the North of Phuket. The sisters love sports and keep active. Back home they did rugby, hockey, football, and swimming. Now they're training Thai Boxing for the first time and seem to like it. When asked if they enjoyed the training they replied they were already planning for a return trip to Rawai, for a longer stay, maybe next year. |

Fabio and Stefano from Liguria, Italy.

Fabio and Stefano stayed at Rawai for 2 weeks. They are from Liguria in Italy. Fabio has done Thai boxing for 4 years, and fought light contact, while Stefano only 1 year and never fought. It's nice to talk with them as I lived in Genova, the capital of Liguria, for 3 years as a child. Che bella l'Italia! I get to practice my Italian! They are planning a longer trip back to Rawai in the fall. Ciao ragazzi! |

Ruby has returned twice this year to Rawai Muay Thai Gym. In between training she travelled throughout China where she trekked the Tiger Leaping Gorge and the Great Wall. Dali and Beijing were favorites for hustling the markets. A 4-day jeep safari took her from Kanding to Tagong and Danba where she stayed in traditional Tibetan homestays. The scenery was incredible and was the pinnacle of her China experience. |

All in all, pretty heavy duty, strong guys, not to be messed with. |

Andrea was born in Sweden but grew up in Chile and Peru so she speaks prefect Spanish- another Spanish speaker hurray! Henry has come to train 1 month. He practiced Thai boxing as a kid, but stopped when he was 13. Wants to pick-it-up again. Chandrika is Sunanta's sister and came to watch Sunanta fight on June 9th. She and Andrea will train 2 weeks and then tour Thailand and neighboring countries for one month. Andrew has come for 3 weeks to learn the basics of Muay Thai and to get fit. |
