"As I needed to take my annual leave from my job I decided to pick a place that had good sunshine, nice beaches and not too far from home. I chose Phuket. I also wanted to do something different and meaningfulon my holiday besides eating, shopping, sleeping and drinking. | The gym has great facilities, lots of space and and a good number of students, not too overcrowded. The trainers are all really nice and all of them give different advice and correct our techniques. We would be sure to come back and hopefully train for a bit longer. Overall this holiday is a great kickstart to get ourselves in the way of a healthy routine, good food and enjoy life.

"I came to Thailand for a month. I didn;t have many plans for my trip except I knew I wanted to dive. I go bored of just hanging around the beach and drinking beer. One day I was walking in Kata Beach and saw a huge Thai boxing ad. Then I Googled and ended up at Rawai Muay Thai camp.

Ben has come to Rawai Camp for 3 months of training. He started with the 7 day full fast detox program at Atsumi. He lost over 7 Kilos in one week! Awesome Ben! Above is a picture of Ben a couple of years ago, he has changed a lot, lost much weight and looks great now! Congratulations Ben!
