The gym has great facilities, lots of space and and a good number of students, not too overcrowded. The trainers are all really nice and all of them give different advice and correct our techniques. We would be sure to come back and hopefully train for a bit longer. Overall this holiday is a great kickstart to get ourselves in the way of a healthy routine, good food and enjoy life.

Chris' stay in Rawai Camp is the beginning of a whole year of travel. He has done some Thai Boxing before and likes the hard training, great for fitness.
