Schedule

At Rawai Muay Thai we train twice a day, six days a week (Monday through Saturday). Morning group class starts at 7:30 am. Afternoon group class starts at 4:00 pm. These classes last about 2 hours each.

We also offer VIP private lessons which last about 1 hour each. These can be scheduled anytime between the group classes. Just get your VIP coupon at the gym office. You can choose the trainer you want to do the class with.

Group classes include: warm up, shadow boxing, kicking pads, bag work, technique, sparring and cool down. We also include clinching on Mondays and Tuesdays, low kicking on Wednesdays, Wai Kru on Thursdays, Western Boxing, on Fridays, and Muay Boran on Saturdays.

We train in the beach on Saturday mornings during the high season (November through April).

We rest on Sundays, but the gym remains open for our guests who wish to use the facilities.
