Muay Thai is a combat sport that uses stand up striking and clinching techniques. Muay Thai is known as the art of 8 limbs. In Muay Thai you can use your fists, legs, knees and elbows. Muay Thai is very efficient, and is fast becoming very popular all around the world.
Muay Thai is not only the national sport in Thailand, it is a way of life. Children start from a young age to learn and to fight. They train twice a day and fight regularly. Muay Thai fighters live together in the boxing camp. So even though Thai boxing is an individual sport, it is a group effort.
Rawai Muay Thai in Khao Lak Thailand is a traditional gym with young Thai fighters who dream of becoming champions. Our teachers try to provide excellence in Muay Thai training. They grew up as fighters are now pass their experience on to the next generation.
